　米Microsoftは3日、アプリケーション開発環境「.NET Framework」のクラスライブラリのソースコードの一部を公開すると発表した。同社の開発部門のジェネラルマネージャーを務めるScott Guthrie氏が、自身のブログを通じて明らかにした。
